Photographing weddings in Bend has given me the opportunity to work at many beautiful venues. Sam and Casey had a winter wedding at Sunriver Resort. Sunriver Resort is the perfect place to host a destination wedding as it offers lodging and activities year round for all to enjoy.
Their ceremony was at the Mt. Bachelor lawn. With their wedding date in the fall, the lawn was covered with a light snow dusting. After the ceremony they joined friends and family for their reception at the historic Great Hall.
After Sam was Ready she had the sweetest first look with her dad. Since the Sunriver Resort is surrounded by nature, we were able to capture her first look outside of her suite. This was also helpful because Sam’s mom could be on standby with a box of Kleenex. Which we needed because their first look was a tear jerker. Another perk of being a wedding photographer in Bend is meeting so many dogs! Sam found the cutest outfits for their dogs on Etsy. They looked adorable for portraits and were definitely dressed for the occasion.
